Last month, in a moving and extensive piece, The New York Times reported on an alleged gang rape in a small Ohio town.
Two Steubenville High School football players, Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond, were arrested on Aug. 22 in connection with the incidents, Deadspin reported in December.
And now hacktivist group KnightSec has released a disturbing video of a man identified by various media outlets as former Steubenville High baseball player Michael Nodianos talking about the incident.
The video, first brought to our attention by Deadspin, is 12 minutes long and features Nodianos reportedly saying things like "They raped her more than the Duke lacrosse team," and "It isn't really rape because you don't know if she wanted to or not."
KnightSec also dumped information on the town sheriff, the suspects themselves, the football coach, and a town it says is "rife with corruption, cronyism, illegal gambling and fixated upon their star high school football team."
Many in the town have rallied around the football team and blamed the unnamed girl for the alleged attack, both the Times and The Atlantic Wire have reported.
Business Insider isn't posting the video but head over to either KnightSec's data release or Deadspin to watch it. Warning, it isn't safe for work.
