Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing who is still on the run, is believed to be wearing a suicide vest.
The police are proceeding with caution.
Boston, and the entire town of Watertown, Massachusetts is on lockdown as the police look for Tsarnaev.
