A parking garage at a mall in Bethesda, Maryland, has partially trapped, according to multiple reports.
The garage at Montgomery Mall on Democracy Boulevard was under renovation when the collapse happened.
NBC Washington reports one construction worker is "pinned" inside the collapsed garage.
Local news reporter Russ Ptacek of WUSA is reporting that the trapped person is an adult male and that one other person is unconscious. The collapse reportedly occurred near construction of a new food court and movie theater.
A local fire department referred to it as a "major structure collapse."
The parking garage was not open to the public at the time of the collapse.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services officials and Montgomery County Police are responding to the collapse, according to Bethesda Now.
