The flooding caused by Hurricane Sandy was terrible in Staten Island, and NYPD Aviation and SCUBA units had to mobilize to help people out on Tuesday. Many of them were trapped in their homes.
In total, they plucked five adults and one child off of rooftops with a helicopter.
